Shane is the Senior Manager of Systems Engineering for Microchip's Integrated Power Solutions group and, also manages the Aerospace Centre of Excellence in Ennis, Ireland. He joined Microchip, formerly Microsemi, in 2009 as Principal Engineer and in 2011 became the Product Engineering Manager working on the development of the non-hermetic discrete product range. In 2012, he was Product Line Manager for these devices before adopting his current responsibilities in 2013. Prior to Microchip, he worked as an electronics design engineer in various companies, mostly in the medical sector. |

George Ward |
George Ward is a Marketing Engineer for Discrete and Power Management products within the Discrete Products Group (DPG) at Microchip Technology, Inc. Prior to Microchip, George worked in various Sales and Marketing roles for Toshiba America Electronic Components, Tyco Power Systems, and Microsemi. Having over 30 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry, with the majority involving a primary focus on power semiconductors for both Commercial as well as Aerospace & Defense markets, George supports the Sales Channel for power discretes and modules to help establish new business as well as servicing existing clients nationally. George was in a power products marketing position with Microsemi before joining Microchip through acquisition. |

Greg Money is a Business Development Manager for the Aerospace and Defense Group (ADG) at Microchip Technology, Inc. Before joining Microchip’s ADG team in 2018, Greg worked for Texas Instruments, Actel and Microsemi. With over 30 years of experience in the Semiconductor Market, primarily focused on Sales and Business Development working with Aerospace & Defense clients, Greg has held leadership roles in Sales and Global Account Management and recently held the Sale Director position at Microsemi before joining Microchip through acquisition. Greg is a well-established strategic leader and consultant within the Aerospace and Defense community. |
