Introducing Analog Device’s Fourth Generation µModule® Regulators

See the LTM4700, LTM4680 and LTM4678 module regulators up close in this video from Analog Devices.

The fourth generation of µModule® Regulators from Analog Devices includes the LTM4700 with dual 50A and single 100A outputs, the LTM4680 with dual 30A and single 60A outputs, and the LTM4678 with dual 25A and 50A outputs. All three regulators feature fourth generation packaging with higher power up to 600A and 12Vin and a simple layout. Also offered is the COP: Component on Package, where the inductor pulls heat from FETs. This efficient cooling occurs with either airflow or a coldplate on top. Included is the I2C PMBus interface, allowing designers the ability to read voltage, current, temperature and fault logging as well as the ability to write output voltage, voltage sequencing and margining.
