Switches in Silicon Technology Replace PIN Diodes

This video from Analog Devices covers two new products to its silicon switch portfolio: ADRF5130 is a high power 44 W peak 3.5 GHz SPDT switch, and ADRF5020 is a high isolation wideband 30 GHz SPDT switch.

We are going to exhibit today our new switches in silicon, the Analog Devices ADRF5130 and the ADRF5020. Both offer compact size, less bias power and no external components.
