Description

  • 5% Error, 0.5-4.5 V input, +/-2 A output, bridge-tied-load (BTL) voltage to current (V-I) converter. This bridge-tied load (BTL) voltage-to-current (V-I) converter circuit creates a bidirectional current source used to drive a floating load from a single-ended source. The circuit makes use of an internal output current monitor circuit (IMON) in a specialty power amplifier. The V-I transfer function is accomplished by using the IMON current as the feedback for the first amplifier
