Description
- DC1646A, Demonstration Circuit features the LTC5564, an UltraFast RF peak detector with a built in gain-selectable high speed operational amplifier and comparator. The 1646A demo circuit includes a simple impedance matching network that provides better than 10dB return loss for working frequencies ranging from 5.2GHz to 6.2GHz and from 14.7GHz to 16.5GHz
