Reduce Cost and Boost Efficiency with Infineon’s EiceDRIVER™ sense 8-bit Gate Driver

The EiceDRIVER™ sense gate driver by Infineon was designed for IGBT technologies up to 1200 V. With 8-bit embedded ADC technology, this product greatly reduces cost and increases efficiency for automotive applications.

Infineon’s EiceDRIVER™ sense 1EDI2010AS gate driver was developed with on-chip galvanic isolation, standard SPI interface, embedded 8-bit ADC, gate signal shaping capabilities, and other features that provide voltage and current solutions for automotive applications. The 1EID2010AS is based around Infineon’s Coreless Transformer (CLT) technology, and can be used in conjunction with the EiceDRIVER™ integrated booster 1EBN100XAE.
