Based on ST’s advanced 90-nm and 40-nm NVM process technology from 216 MHz / 462 DMIPS to 400 MHz / 856 DMIPS, these two series take advantage of an L1 cache to deliver the maximum theoretical performance of the Cortex‐M7 core, regardless if code is executed from embedded Flash or an external memory. The STM32H7 series leverages ST's 40-nm process to embed 1 Mbyte of RAM and 2 Mbytes of Flash memory in the most advanced performance architecture ever. The STM32F7 and STM32H7 series now include Value lines, which bring a breakthrough price level by keeping the Flash to the essential.
The STM32F730, STM32F750 and STM32H750 Value Lines offer the performance of the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core at an affordable price point by trimming embedded Flash to the essential. The STM32F7x0 and STM32H750 Value Lines offer the lowest price point ever for the STM32F7 and STM32H7 Series.
Choose between the entry-level STM32F730, the STM32F750 or the high-end STM32H750. They are all in production, in various package options from 64-pin to 240-pin.
