Analog Devices A2B®: A Revolutionary Eco-System for Audio & Voice Connectivity

Discover how Analog Devices' A2B technology lowers design costs and complexity with multiple channels of audio communicating over a single, unshielded, low cost twisted-pair wire.

Analog Devices’ Automotive Audio Bus (A2B) transceivers are capable of distributing audio and control data over multiple nodes and bidirectionally. This capability allows for each node to contribute to the audio content or to take the content off the transceiver. A good example can be found in how A2B technology supports multiple microphone arrays in vehicles, enabling separate applications such as voice recognition, active noise cancellation, and in-car communications. A2B accomplishes this task by connecting multiple remote sensors for varied applications in a daisy chain sequence. A2B technology can also supply power to other devices in the daisy chain, eliminating the need for local power supplies and further reducing total system cost. Watch a detailed product overview to learn more about the capabilities of A2B in this video from Analog Devices.
