Analog Devices LTM4626 and LTM4638 µModule® Regulators

Learn more about the newest µModule® Regulators from Analog Devices.

Take a closer look at two of the newest µModule® Regulators from Analog Devices, the LTM4626 and LTM4638. Both offer 3.1Vin – 20Vin /0.6Vout – 5.5Vout, where the LTM4626 provides a single output 12A regulator and the LTM4638 offers a single output 15A. The two regulators come in tiny package sizes, offer inductors used as a heat sink, and are configured with simple pin compatible layouts.
