Panasonic’s new 3D NAND Flash consumer plus grade SD card lineup is available in both Triple Level Cell (TLC) and pseudo-Single Level Cell (pSLC) technologies. This product lineup is designed for a variety of industrial applications including security control systems, inflight entertainment, and navigation systems. Using TLC NAND flash memory, SLC access mode technology and an integrated high-performing controller, Panasonic 3D NAND SD Cards offer a wide range of storage capacities from 4GB to 256GB, endurances from 3,000 to 20,000 total program/erase cycles, and are available in standard operating temperatures of -25°C to +85°C.
