The SIMx62 group of HMI modules from Serious Integrated offers a range of larger LCD sizes from 5” to 10.1”, and larger for your next embedded HMI project. Its processing subsystem packs power into its core audio and video experience with the Renesas RZ/G1E microprocessor — a dual Cortex-A7 core processor, DDR3 RAM and 4GB of onboard flash storage. Both the USB host port and the Micro SD card slot provide ability for firmware upgrades as well as content capabilities, such as movies, pictures and audio. For connectivity, the SIMx62 family features the RS485 connector, a UART connector and a Daughter Card connector, providing the ability to talk and control the board directly.
