Universal Solutions: Programmable MEMS and Crystal Oscillators

Programmable oscillators offer the fine tuning needed for applications. Watch this video to discover how Abracon’s in-house programming service, offered under the Abracon and Ecliptek brands, can provide your ideal MEMS or crystal oscillator solution.

A programmable crystal or MEMS oscillator uses the internal programmable memory of an integrated circuit to set the output frequency and other operational functions. Abracon and Ecliptek’s quick-turn programming capability is ideal for customers undergoing program evaluations, such as prototyping or pilot program stages.

Quartz Oscillator Solutions

Ecliptek’s programmable quartz oscillators are ideal drop-replacement or second-source solutions for general-purpose alternatives that have a fixed frequency and a fixed voltage.

Low, medium, and high-volume quantities with lead times of 2-4 weeks
Output frequencies in 1-1500MHz, including non-standard frequencies
Nearly all package sizes greater than 3.2mm x 2.5mm
Most logic types supported, including CMOs, LVDS, etc.

MEMS Oscillator Solutions

Abracon and Ecliptek’s programmable MEMs oscillators are excellent low-power solutions for commercial and industrial applications needing a fixed frequency device with a low current draw. The in-house programming assists short design cycles with smaller production quantities.

MHz and kHz frequency solutions available
Extended temperature ranges, including -55C to +125C
1.8V ~ 3.63V continuous Vdd operation range available
Package sizes as small as 1.54mm x 0.84mm
Most logic types supported, including CMOs, LVDS, etc.
