サーモパイル アレイ全体は、RFシールドされた金属カバー、セラミック ベース、および赤外線エネルギーが通過する統合シリコン レンズで構成されるリフロー対応の表面実装 (SMD) パッケージ内に収まります。Grid-EYEは、温度値をマイクロプロセッサに直接送信するためのI2Cデジタル出力を提供します。
