STMicroelectronics has just released a few new N-Channel MOSFETs: the STI28N60M2, the STL115N10F7AG and the STP3NK50Z.
The STI28N60M2 is designed with ST’s MDmesh M2 technology, which promotes low on-resistance and enhanced switching, making it highly effective in high efficiency controllers. The STL115N10F7AG contains the proprietary STripFET F7, giving it a very low on-resistance for high speed switching in automotive applications. The STP3NK50Z uses ST’s SuperMESH for high voltage change, making it versatile even in the face of demanding switching systems.
