STMicroelectronics は、 STI28N60M2、 STL115N10F7AG、 STP3NK50Z といういくつかの新しいNチャネル MOSFETをリリースしました。

STI28N60M2は、低いオン抵抗と強化されたスイッチングを実現するSTのMDmesh M2テクノロジーを使用して設計されており、高効率コントローラーで非常に効果的です。STL115N10F7AGには独自のSTripFET F7が搭載されており、車載アプリケーションでの高速スイッチングに適した非常に低いオン抵抗を実現しています。STP3NK50Zは高電圧変更にSTのSuperMESHを使用しているため、要求の厳しいスイッチング システムにも柔軟に対応できます。
