- MPC5604EKIT, Microcontroller Development Kit Enabling Video Over Ethernet with MPC5604E Microcontroller. The MPC5604E MCU based video over Ethernet development kit for next-generation automotive and general market camera applications. Using Ethernet for the transmission of video over twisted pair cables allows the removal of expensive LVDS coaxial cables from next-generation camera systems. The MPC5604E microcontroller (MCU) from Freescale enables customers to realize this cost saving, and with a very small form factor, provides the capability to place camera sensors in a wide range of new applications within both the automotive and general markets
