Nexperia: A New Package Standard for Diodes and Transistors

Applications with space restrictions benefit from Nexperia’s standard diodes and transistors, now available in a Double DFN1412-6 package. With its low height, high-performance DFN1412-6 (SOT1268) provides a double advantage for your system’s diodes and transistors. Nexperia’s portfolio includes standard switching diodes, 100 and 500 mA double transistors, and 100 mA digital transistors (RETs - Resistor-Equipped-Transistors). They can replace equivalent parts in larger SOT666, SOT363 or SOT457 packages and are ideally suited for space-restricted systems.
