ADL8142は、23 GHz ～ 31 GHzで動作するガリウムヒ素 (GaAs)、モノリシックマイクロ波集積回路 (MMIC)、擬似格子整合高電子移動度トランジスタ (pHEMT)、低ノイズ広帯域アンプです。ADL8142は、AC結合され、内部で50 Ω にマッチングされた入力と出力も備えているため、大容量のマイクロ波無線アプリケーションに最適です。
