ADXL314は、 ±200g範囲、13ビット解像度、3軸デジタル加速度計です。デジタル出力データは16ビットの2の補数データとしてフォーマットされ、シリアルペリフェラルインターフェイス (SPI)、3線式または4線式、またはI2Cデジタルインターフェイスを介してアクセスできます。
