- ADS5484EVM, Evaluation Module Using ADS5484, 16-bit, 170-MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter with buffered inputs. With the supplied logic analyzer breakout board, the ADC LVDS output can be directly captured using either an Agilent E5405A or Tektronix P6980 touchless probe. The ADS5484EVM is also compatible to TSW1400EVM or TSW1405EVM High Speed LVDS evaluation and capture system, allowing samples to be captured and passed to a PC for rapid analysis and evaluation
