AVX’s IDC 9176-800 Series is a connector well-suited for use in automotive, industrial, or smart meter applications.
At a 2.55mm assembled height, the IDC 9176-800 series has one of the lowest profiles on the market for 22-30 AWG wires. With contact surfaces that are constructed out of phosphor bronze, this connector is redundant and fatigue resistant as it provides a gas-tight, cold-welded wire connection. It’s available in industry-standard colors and includes a pre-installed plastic cap for ease of automation in the assembly process.
