- Typical Application for SPX2954 250mA Low-Dropout Voltage Regulator, wide input Voltage Range, Current Limiter. The SPX2954 and SPX2954A are low power voltage regulators. These devices are an excellent choice for use in battery-powered applications such as cordless telephones, radio control systems, and portable computers. The SPX2954 and SPX2954A feature low quiescent current and low dropout voltage (typ. 20mV at 100 uA and 310mV at 250mA)
