Custom Power Supply Solutions
In collaboration with engineers, custom solutions are configured between Arrow’s state-of-the-art Power Products Center in Phoenix, Arizona and Nogales, Mexico. These production-volume manufacturing facilities operate in close cooperation with manufacturers and provide world-class capabilities—to maintain the highest quality standards during the assembly of power products.

Arrow modifies, assembles, and configures power supplies and provides factory-trained engineering and design support, unmatched selection with more than $20M inventory on the shelf, no volume requirements, manufacturing and testing at Arrow’s factory-certified facilities, and quick turnaround.
Arrow Electronics’ design process provides client-controlled design and development, ISO-certified process, industry-standard engineering and PCB design software, and on-site testing and validation. From concept to delivery, Arrow partners with customer engineers.
Arrow Electronics meets specific product requirements with electromechanical sub-assemblies, custom harnessing, system configurations, cabinet assembly, and standard in 1U, 2U, or 3U rack-power architecture. Arrow configures power products to deliver custom output voltages, reverse-direction fans, parallel and series options, external filtering, and customer-specified harnessing.
Testing and Configuration
Arrow provides Chroma 7,000 watt, 24-output testing capability, 100% testing at load, power supply characterization and subsequent test data, and multiple in-process testing to ensure quality control. Power supply configuration can be designed to deliver custom output voltages.
Modular and Configurable Power Supplies
Arrow Electronics assembles and labels modular and configurable power supplies to supplier factory standards. Arrow purchases modules and chassis from suppliers and provides significant time-to-market and lead-time advantages. Arrow integrates and tests to manufacturer specifications. Power supply Total Output Power can be provided from 350 to 4900 Watts.
Custom Cases, Assembly Covers, Enclosures, and Cabinets
Arrow Electronics provides off-the-shelf cases, covers, enclosures, and cabinets to fulfill most customer requirements. Customizing existing products and fabricating specific enclosures is performed to meet space, connector, and cooling requirements.
Customized Fans
Arrow Electronics customizes fans to meet customer requirements including custom labels, custom modifications (wire prep, crimp contacts, shrink tubing, soldering, connectors), custom marking (color), and custom packaging.
Component Modification and Testing
