The latest 800 V CoolMOS™ P7 series sets a new benchmark in 800 V superjunction technologies and combines best-in-class performance with state-of-the-art ease-of-use, resulting from Infineon’s more than 18 years pioneering superjunction technology innovation.

Developed to serve today’s and especially tomorrow’s trends in flyback topologies – the new 700 V CoolMOS™ P7 series addresses the low power SMPS market, such as mobile phone chargers or notebook adapters, by offering fundamental performance gains compared to other superjunction technologies used today.
