ArrowPerks FAQs

Anyone can join ArrowPerks for free. You can simply create an arrow.com account to get started. If you already have an Arrow.com or Verical.com account, log into your account and click “Become a Member” on www.arrow.com/arrowperks.

All ArrowPerks members immediately have access to free US 2-day and international express shipping (DDP available when shipping to the European Union), Arrow’s lowest price guarantee (not currently available in Asia), and $3 custom tape & reels upon joining the program. As members earn new status, more perks become available including exclusive pricing, faster free shipping, a dedicated account manager, and prioritized application for an Arrow Line of Credit. ArrowPerks members cannot use perks from multiple statuses at the same time, but members can move up multiple statuses after a single transaction. Each status is set by the total number of points a member has tied to their account: Bronze = 5,000+; Silver = 50,000+; Gold = 200,000+.

ArrowPerks members can move up in status by shopping on Arrow.com or Verical.com and earning points. Points will be added to the member’s account upon shipment of their order. Cancelled orders and returns will result in the removal of any points earned for that order. Each status is set by the number of points a member has tied to their account. Yes, each ArrowPerks status is based on the total number of points accumulated. For instance, if a customer joins the program and places one order to earn 50,000 points, the member would automatically gain Silver status. For more information, please refer to www.arrow.com/arrowperks.

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Arrow.com or Verical.com. Look out for emails to unlock exclusive offers, multipliers, bonuses, or other ways to earn points.

Access your ArrowPerks dashboard to see your current status, perks, and point totals when logged in to your arrow.com account at www.arrow.com/account/arrow-perks.

ArrowPerks points are not redeemable for products or services.

From the day a member joins the program (Anniversary), members have 12 months to earn status (referred to as the “Earning Period”). When a status is reached, members will keep that status until their next Anniversary, plus the next 12 months thereafter. On each Anniversary, a member’s points will reset, but their status will carryover.

No, only purchases made while enrolled in the program will count toward your point total.

Points will be added to a member’s account upon the shipment of your order.

Any order cancellations or returns will be deducted from your point total.

No, you will not be awarded points for taxes, tariffs, or shipping fees. Only the value of products will count towards a member’s point total. Members receive 1 point per $1 USD spent, rounded to the nearest dollar.

Yes, offline orders are treated the same as orders placed online. Members will receive 1 point per $1 USD spent. A customer must be a member before making the purchase in order to earn points.

Exclusive pricing is only available for members that have a status of Bronze or higher. Once signed into a qualified ArrowPerks account, a qualified member will see their exclusive pricing in green next to the crossed out public pricing on both product pages and search results.

Members with exclusive pricing will get an option to either use their exclusive pricing or a discount code upon placing their order. Discount codes cannot be applied on top of any exclusive pricing savings, unless stated otherwise.

Arrow.com will match any price, including preferred pricing from select verified distributors. Submit the website link and screenshot of the product to our Arrow.com customer service team via chat. This pricing is valid for the extent of a member’s status. Once the member is no longer part of a Bronze or higher status, they will no longer receive exclusive pricing.

Yes. You can add or change your shipping address at checkout.

Please select line of credit in payment method during checkout. If you have not linked your line of credit to Arrow.com before you can link in the payment method during checkout.

Log-in to your account with Bronze or higher status here to see your exclusive pricing in green. If you don’t see your exclusive pricing, please contact the Arrow.com or Verical.com customer service team via chat.

Points cannot be combined or transferred to other Arrow or Verical customers.

Deleting your Arrow.com or Verical.com account will cancel your ArrowPerks membership. By cancelling your ArrowPerks membership any status and points tied to your account will be permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.
