- PMP8583, Universal input to 12.2V @ 500mA Non-Isolated Quasi-Resonant Flyback. PMP8583 Reference design is a non-isolated quasi-resonant flyback, which converts the universal input mains to 12.2V, and is limited to 0.5A. The controller UCC28910 has an internal Mosfet that is rated at 700V
