- Interfacing ISP1161x Full Speed USB to Fujitsu SPARClite RISC Processor. The unique design of the Philips ISP1161x allows it to be used both as a Host Controller (with two down-stream facing ports) and a Device Controller (with one upstream facing port). These ports may be independently accessed, enabling simultaneous connection as a Host Controller and a Device Controller
